John Cunningham is an attorney licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He is the principal of the Law Offices of John M Cunningham, P.L.L.C., and he is of counsel to the Manchester, New Hampshire law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association (www.mclane.com). His practice is focused on:
- Limited liability company ("LLC") formations and other legal and tax services for business start-ups;
- The conversion of sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations and other non-LLC entities to LLCs; and
- The restructuring of businesses to maximize business asset protection and other legal protections and to minimize federal and state taxes.
